AI writes a summary. A person decides.

When you request a referral, we ask an AI model to read your CV and profile against the role and write a few sentences on where you line up and where you don't. The referrer reads that alongside your answers and decides for themselves.

This is everything the referrer receives.

Not an excerpt. There is no second screen with a number on it.

The boundary

What it does, and what it cannot do.

What it does

  • Reads your CV and profile against the role's stated requirements.
  • Writes a plain-language summary: skills that match, experience that's missing.
  • Shows that same summary to you and to the referrer. Nothing about you is hidden from you.
  • Optionally drafts referral write-up text, which the referrer edits before sending.

What it never does

  • Gives you a score, a percentage, or a pass/fail verdict.
  • Ranks you against other candidates.
  • Filters you out of a referrer's queue, or hides your request from them.
  • Rejects you, or accepts you. Only the referrer can do that, and they can change their mind.

There is no score, because our database has no column to store one.

Adding one later would mean a migration, not a setting. That is the point of building it this way.

Your CV

Who can open it, and when.

  1. 01It's read to write your fit summary when you request a referral.
  2. 02A referrer can open it only after they accept your request, so they have it to hand when submitting you internally. Before they accept, they see the summary and your answers, not the file.
  3. 03Nobody else can see it. It isn't public, isn't searchable, and isn't shown to other candidates.
  4. 04You can replace or delete it from your profile whenever you like.
  5. 05If you don't sign in for 12 months, we delete it automatically. You don't have to ask.

Deleting your CV doesn't retract summaries already sent. Those belong to conversations you started.

Why it is built this way

The law treats this as high-risk, and it is right to.

Under the EU AI Act, software used to evaluate job candidates is high-risk. Keeping the AI advisory, with no scoring, no automated decisions, and a human in the loop who can always override it, is a deliberate design choice. It is not a limitation we plan to remove.

A referral is not a job.

A referral gets you in front of someone at the company. It is not a guaranteed interview and not a guaranteed job. We show you this before your first request, and we mean it.
