Why this exists
Cold applications
Your CV joins a pile of four hundred. A filter reads it before a person ever does — if a person ever does.
One referral
Someone inside the company puts your name forward, with their reputation attached. That gets read.
How it works
Referrers list open roles at their company. Seekers browse and ask for an introduction to the ones that actually fit.
Takes about two minutes either way.
We read the CV against the role and write a few honest sentences — what lines up, what doesn't.
No score. No ranking. No verdict.
The referrer reads it, talks to you if they want to, and chooses. Then they put you forward inside their company.
Nothing is auto-filtered. Nobody is auto-rejected.
See it for real
A listing, the summary the referrer actually receives, and what happens after they say yes.

What the referrer receives
Six years building payment systems in Go, most recently owning a ledger service handling reconciliation at scale. The Postgres and distributed-systems requirements are well covered. Card-scheme integration isn't evidenced anywhere in the CV.

Every listing here comes from someone who actually works at the company and is willing to put their name to you. Ask them directly, and a real person reads it.
“I'd sent forty applications and heard nothing back. One referral got me a real conversation in three days.”
Trust & safety
We're not here to sell you a guarantee. We're here to make the introduction real.
Both sides sign in through LinkedIn, so the person offering to refer you is a real, identifiable human — not an anonymous account.
After a referral you rate each other, and neither sees the other's until both have submitted. That's what stops traded five-stars and revenge one-stars.
A referral isn't a guaranteed job, and we say so before you send your first one. It's a real conversation with a real person. The rest is still up to you.
Straight answers
No — and it structurally can't. It writes a few sentences about how your background lines up with the role, and that's the entire extent of it. There's no score, no ranking, and no ability to filter you out of anyone's queue. Every request reaches a human, who decides and can change their mind. If our AI service went down tomorrow, referrals would still work; you'd just see fewer summaries.
Nothing, if you're looking for work. No fees, no subscription, no premium tier — not now and not later. The only thing anyone pays for is a referrer choosing to feature their listing higher in the feed, and that's optional.
By their own employer. Most companies pay a referral bonus for a successful hire, and plenty of people never claim it because they don't know anyone to refer. Referly doesn't pay for placements and doesn't take a cut of one — deliberately.
It's the only substantial thing we have to work with. LinkedIn's sign-in gives us your name, email and photo — not your work history. Your CV is what the fit summary actually reads. A referrer can only open the file after they've accepted your request, and if you don't sign in for 12 months we delete it automatically.
No. It puts you in front of a person instead of a filter, which is a genuinely different starting position — but the company still decides. We show you this before you send your first request, because a marketplace built on an overpromise doesn't last.
