IT Support Engineer

The IT Operations team supports Anthropic's employees to keep the company running smoothly as it scales quickly. This role involves resolving hardware, software, networking, and account issues across a primarily macOS environment, supporting device management and SaaS tools like Google Workspace and Slack, and contributing to automation and process improvements. The engineer will work closely with IT Engineering and Security teams and participate in an on-call rotation.

• 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience, strong macOS support experience with familiarity in ChromeOS, iOS, and Android, significant experience administering Google Workspace and Slack, understanding of identity and access fundamentals (SSO, MFA, directory services), familiarity with MDM concepts, and basic scripting skills in Bash or Python.
