Junior Software Engineer

This role is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their professional journey who wants to grow in both software development and software testing. You will join an Agile team creating software solutions that support advanced hearing instrument systems. You do not need to be an expert in both areas from day one. What matters most is your willingness to learn, collaborate, build quality software, and take ownership step by step. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle, from understanding user needs and shaping user interfaces to implementing, testing, and maintaining software solutions. You will work closely with developers, testers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders across multiple sites and cultures. Modern AI tools and technologies will support your learning, productivity, quality focus, and continuous improvement.

• A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or comparable practical experience
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
• 0,5-1+ years of experience in software development, with C#/.NET preferred
• 0,5-1+ years of experience in software testing
• Willingness to develop skills in both manual and automated testing
• Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Curiosity, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn from more experienced colleagues
• Motivation to continuously develop both technical and soft skills
