Software Engineer Intern (Summer 2027)

Figma is hiring software engineering interns to embed with small engineering teams across the company, working on either product, backend/infrastructure, or security engineering depending on interest. Interns collaborate closely with a mentor and cross-functional partners to build and ship a feature or system by the end of the internship, participating in planning, code review, and testing.

• Experience writing clean code in at least one general-purpose language with solid understanding of data structures and algorithms; experience solving technical problems via school, work, or personal projects; strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.
