Junior IT Consultant

HyLogic is a mid-sized IT supply chain consultancy working with large international clients to improve supply chain efficiency through IT systems. As a Junior IT Consultant, you would work within a project team, initially guided by senior consultants, analyzing client needs and supporting the implementation of IT solutions in supply chain and planning areas. About half the time is spent engaging with clients and half developing and refining solutions. Onboarding includes courses, shadowing, and gradual project involvement.

• 3rd/4th-year student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics or a related field. Basic technical skills such as programming, databases, integration, AI/ML, Python, or SQL. Interest in supply chain management processes and willingness to learn. Analytical and problem-solving skills with ownership. First professional experience, ideally in IT, consulting, or supply chain management. English and Polish at minimum B2 level. Presence at the Warsaw office 3-4 days per week initially.
